This building (no not the new one on the right, (I wish), but the squarish, cream building on the left) will be my new studio/gallery or perhaps gallery/café? A zebra crossing right outside the studio/gallery and the beach is once again my playground.

Yes it’s the old Esplanade Dairy, towards the playground end of The Esplanade. I received the keys to it just before Christmas (all 24 of them).

When it was first built in 1937 it was called Mrs Deans tearooms so it is my ambition to restore the art deco aspect of the building as much as possible.
